T-Mobile not only has the worst service out of all the phone companies. They have the most unhelpful customer service and incompetent staff in stores. The store says you're all paid, and they you get a text saying you owe one amount and then call customer service to figure it out and they say you owe a completely different and now higher amount. Then when you get so frustrated and say just pay the whatever price I need to get off the phone and not have to deal with you people anymore they say they can't find my credit information. Funny how that works when they take my monthly payments out just fine. And this stupid app always errors and never lets me get to the screen I want to figure it out without their customer service, it's a horrible cycle. I'm going to Verizon as soon as I can to get off this stupid network. Such a fraud!
